Product Documentation 

Visit our comprehensive documentation portal at https://docs.zpesystems.com/.

The following are the features of this page:

  • Access to the three documentation verticals: Nodegrid OS, ZPE Cloud, and Reference Documentation. Click on the tabs Nodegrid OS, ZPE Cloud, or Reference Documents tabs to access our documentation.

    • Nodegrid OS : In this tab, you will find the Nodegrid User Guide and previous versions of the document.

    • ZPE Cloud : You can find the ZPE Cloud User Guide and you can stay informed about our product updates and enhancements by reading our Release Notes.

    • Reference Guides: You can find the Getting Started guides, How-to guides, Sensor guides, and so on.

  • Input a keyword into the search field, which then generates a list of articles containing that keyword. These targeted results give you quick access to the documentation without the need to manually search for documents.

  • Browse options for critical information categories such as getting started, how-to-guides, support knowledge and so on.

  • View the list of most recently updated articles. You can also click on the icon   within the three documentation verticals to view the updated articles.

  • Click  support@zpesystems.com in the top-right corner to reach out to the ZPE support team.

  • Click on the logo   in the top-left corner to navigate to the ZPE main Website https://zpesystems.com/.

Whether you need help with device management, troubleshooting, software upgrades, hardware configurations, or other tasks, you'll find the answers you need.


To access the Knowledge Base, you need to have an account on the ZPE Systems website. 

API Documentation

An initial walkthrough of the ZPE Cloud API documentation is available at https://docs.zpesystems.com/zpe-cloud/docs/api-resources. To access the API resources, log in to the ZPE Cloud Web UI and go to the Username dropdown menu as indicated in the following figure.

How to open a ticket

Following are the steps to request a ticket.

  1. Go to http://zpesystems.com/resources/help-center and click on Submit a request link on the top right corner of the page.

  2. Enter the required information on the request form. Provide as much detailed information as possible on description of the problem or question.

  3. If there is any attachment, add a file or drop the file in the dropping area.

  4. Check the "I'm not a robot" checkbox.

  5. Click on Submit.

You will receive an email from ZPE Systems confirming that your request (your ticket number) has been received and being reviewed by our support staff.

How to update the ticket

You may reply to any new email response, and the ticket will be updated. You can also login to the ZPE Systems’ Help Center and review your tickets from there.

  1. Go to http://zpesystems.com/resources/help-center and click on Sign In link on the top right corner of the page.

  2. If you have signed in before, the skip to step 4; otherwise click on Get a Password link, enter your email address and submit.

  3. You will receive an email with a link to set your password.

  4. Once you set the password, go back to the login pop window, and enter your credentials.

  5. Click on your username on the top right corner, and select My Activities.

  6. You can review your tickets that you have requested, and if you were cc’ed in any ticket that other people opened, you may review them by clicking on “Requests I’m CC’d on’

How to close the ticket

If the ticket has been resolved and you are satisfied with the outcome, you may close the case by checking the Please consider this request solved checkbox and Submit.

NOTE:

You will be unable to close tickets that were requested by others (from Requests I’m CC’d on list).

Alternatively, you can request our support staff to close the ticket for you.

Additional information

A ticket can be reviewed by the requester only, by default; however, if other people need to review the same ticket, you can ask our support staff to add in CCs of specific users or an email group to that ticket. This way everyone can view public comments and contribute to the discussion by email or by logging into our Help Center.
