How to Recover Nodegrid Device Remotely

To ensure quick recovery of remote Nodegrid devices, it is essential to recover the Nodegrid device. This ensures that service disruptions can be identified and addressed without administrative overhead. To recover the Nodegrid device, access the services/status page using the URL in format https://HostIPAddress/services/status.

To enable the services/status page, you must first enable this option under the Security :: Services :: General Services in the Nodegrid Web UI.

Click on Reboot to recover a Nodegrid device. This type of device recovery is crucial for scenarios where devices are deployed in remote locations without console access or on-site technical support.
