Discovery Logs sub-tab

A device discovery log records the details of the managed devices connected to the Nodegrid device during a device discovery process. The Discovery Logs tab displays the available Auto Discovery logs. 

The logs table shows the following details:

• Discovery time stamp to track when devices connect to or disconnect from the network.

• IP address and device name using which the device was discovered.

• Discovery method to indicate how the devices were identified.

• Actions that are taken by the discovery tool, such as starting or stopping a network scan, probing specific devices, or refreshing the device list.

Reset Logs

At any point, you can reset the discovery logs by using the following procedure.

1. Go to Managed Devices :: Auto Discovery :: Discovery Logs.

2. Click Reset Logs (clears the table listing).
